Refund Policy

Thumpas takes customer satisfaction very seriously, as a result we will endeavour to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us immediately and we will rectify any issues to your satisfaction.

If the product received is faulty, you have received the wrong product or you have changed your mind, Thumpas will be happy to exchange or refund the item. All refunds / exchanges must be returned in the original condition in which they were received by the customer.

Where the product received is faulty or the wrong product was sent Thumpas will pay all return and replacement costs, however, the customer will be required to pay for return and replacement costs where they have changed their mind.

To assist with assessing and processing refunds of any products received damaged in transit, could you please email a photo of the damaged goods received to thumpa@outlook.com.au

If you have provided the wrong delivery address, no refunds or replacements will be processed until such time as the original goods are returned to us.

Please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or refund.

All refunds will be processed using the original tender type and will be subject to the receipt of the original goods returned.
